I bought it to be used with my regular watch bands because I don't have an Apple watch but I have AirPods. Works for me :)
The Airpod holder fits my Large band width perfectly. The small band my wife uses has a small gap because the band is thinner. This is one size only. But she still loves the product.
It holds my Airpod tightly yet easy to take it out of the holder. Make it easy for me to go for a run with it and not have to carry the Airpod case with me.
