Unfortunately, no. We only allow one promo code per order.
No, once the order has been processed and shipped out, you cannot cancel your order. However, you may request for a refund once you received it.
Yes, we offer free Standard shipping within North America with orders of US$25 or more. Free shipping is reflected at checkout. Does not apply to taxes and previously
placed orders.
The cost to ship your orders less than US$25 will be calculated before checkout.
We accept returns/exchanges of products including opened box items, no questions asked within 30 days of the delivery date. All components and the packaging must be returned to get a full refund. A free return shipping label will be provided for you to send the products back to us. Your refund amount will be credited to the original payment method as soon as we receive the item.

Adreama provides a free return shipping label to you. So there is no cost to return your items.
We provide a 1-year warranty for all our products. No registration of products is required, just provide a copy of the receipt or the Order #.
