Warranty & Refunds
All Adreama products are manufactured to meet the stringent guidelines such as FCC, UL, CSA and numerous other appurtenant conventions where applicable. Should there be any product related issues, the product can be returned to the place where it was originally purchased for a refund or replacement within the retailers’ stipulated policies. The accompanying sales receipt should be presented with the product when seeking a refund or replacement.

Limited Product Warranty
Adreama warrants to the original purchaser that your product (the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Depending on the product, Adreama warrants the product for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase, except that if you reside outside of North America ( i.e. United States and Canada). Read specifics on the product packaging regarding its specific period of warranty..
Adreama does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free and warranty does not apply for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s operation or installation.
This Limited Warranty does not cover software/firmware embedded in the Product.
If the product appears defective, a valid claim is honored simply by returning the item to the place of purchase within the retailer’s stipulated Warranty/Return Period.
Adreama will, at its own discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product. In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by Adreama itself or through its authorized reseller channels and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of each jurisdictions. Any replacement hardware /product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days or up to one year depending on the product.
Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to the Adreama manufactured products that can be identified by our “Adreama” trademark, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Adreama trademarked hardware products.
This warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g., to alter functionality or capability) in any other way by an any individual; this Limited Warranty does not apply: (1) to damage caused by use with non-Adreama products; (2) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, natural disaster or other external unforeseen causes; (3) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the products specifications with improper voltage or power supply. No Adreama reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, repair, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty.
