You have in your possession a car charger, power bank, a wireless charger stand or pad and they are not charging properly. Please send us a copy of your purchase ticket/bill as well a picture of the malfunctioning device with the explanation of the issue.
If you have purchased the item in the past 30 days, and the item is not working properly. If purchased on our website we will take care of the return, if purchased in a store bring it back to the store they will proceed for an exchange.
At your charge:
If you have purchased the Item and it is past the 30 days free return policy, we will ask you to send it to our location and as soon as received. We will ship the new item to your location.
If your package arrived in a bad shape, please refuse it. It will be directly returned to our facility and will be exchanged at no extra costs.
